By registering, accessing, or using any service offered by bata4d — whether through the official website, Android or iOS mobile app, or any other associated platform — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and bata4d. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our services.

To register and use bata4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any legal or judicial prohibition that prevents you from participating in online gaming activities.
• You have not previously been banned or restricted from using the bata4d platform.
• The information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

Each bata4d member is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of balances and wins.

You are fully responsible for:
